A friend of mine uses it for every workout, I used it once and it made me feel a little nauseous to be honest but it gave me a decent pump. I do like the idea of creatine combined with NO. Maybe I'll try it again and then I'll have a better take on it.

Well personally think its okay, tested it out a couple months ago and liked it but its too pricey.
I was getting both SP and size on thru BB.com about 38.00 for both they lasted just shy of 2 weeks. So it came to 72. 00 a month thats alot for a pre w/o drink.
Lately I have been making my own with Waxy maze and powdered Gatorade Creatine Ethyl and Creatine Mono with a half scoop of whey to give it about 14 grams. works better, and the overal cost per serving is way less than the other. My w/o's these days are much more intense and the pumps and gains have been a whole lot better than SP. Now if I could afford to spend the 72.00 plus the price of protein and my multivitamins yes gaspari would probably be better, but for now I am happy with my Homeade. If anyone has any suggestions how to kick it up a little I would love to here from you.

One of the best NO products on the market. Rich Gaspari always makes sure his products are top of the line.

I like this product but perfer to take my NO in a pill form. I may have to take more but for me the taste of these products is something I can do without!

Made me nauseous. I tried this on a recommendation and it works well, but made me really sick. I get the same boost from NoXplode without feeling sick so I quickly went back to that.

Used this in the past, great workouts! Gaspari is a champion and doesnt skimp on his products either, this beats the hell out of others such as NO XPLODE which has way to musch caffeine---upset stomach and headache. 2scoops of superpump = awesome. NO products are what they are, increase blood flow and help to pump out a few exra reps, but, as recently stated by Gaspari, for NO to be effective at its fullest potential, NO supplements should be taken at least every other day; taking them every day not only minimalizes their effect, but also burns a whole in the wallet. Humans adapt to these products quickly, so if you feel that it is not effective, u may be over using it, besides u should really be training no more than two or three days consecutively if you're natural or unless you are in pre-contest mode.....at least dont train two large muscle groups in consecutive days, taxes the central nervous system which is essentially where over training come into play, not necessarily over training the actual muscle group.
