Haha ok don't worry about it. I will finish this months supply of BSN and then I will try that Universal Shock Therapy it's about about the same price in South Africa as the BSN (R700 which is $90). Thanks for the advice will let you know about the results..

Oh and sorry about the Noob comment lol I was in a mood when I wrote that response ( it was kinda triggered by Monies response a while ago, but really you will not find many experienced lifters that like any of BSN' products. I dont personally know any, well at least not that are happy with them )

Thiers only a couple I will recomend, and I'll tell you why.
Thier are 6 guys in my barbell Club that Train at my house and at a local school Gymnasium together, myself and 2 others have been lifting together on and off since HS, 1 is under 30 the rest of us range in age from 30 to 51. We all lift extremely Heavy as I beleive in a Heavy protacol and in my Gym its my way or the Highway I do not allow slackers. We all have tried most of the shit out thier and No Explode just doesnt work fo me it did not work for any of us ( well a couple that had not used that kind of product in a while felt it for about 3 days then it tapered off to nothing ) your body should not get used to a substance that quick.
Now if it doesnt provide a boost to an aging body that struggles to maintain muscle mass against the onslaught of age and enviormental influences you can not expect that I will believe its provides anything more than a mental boost to a younger man still burning Hormones at 100%.
The only products I have seen actual personal experience with is Universals Shock Therapy, Isadori morph and Animal Pump ( and I was not super happy with Animal Pump ) I sampled MHP War it was alright but I only had a 3 day sample supply so I cant give my opinion on that.
