	charlie March 21, 2009 8:25 PM	I would recomend you use a good quality blended shake containing a good blend of Whey, small amount of Soy, and Cassien this will provide nitrogen balance ( balanced long term protien supply) for 6 to 8 hrs. 	charlie March 21, 2009  8:27 PM Also thier is Goats protien made with goats milk this is great if yoour lactose intollerant ( have problems digesting milk) its really a great protien source.

	charlie March 21, 2009 8:21 PM	dude I cant say anymore since it only matters to the individual ( if I had a teenage son would I let him take it absolutely no) I myself dont like it because of the sucralose, but others rave about it so again it becomes a personal choice. I myself do not want to put anything and I mean anything artificial ( made by chemical alteration) into my body if I can help it. some thing get in thier without you knowing it but at least in most cases you can read the label and see whats thier then google anything that you dont know about, the internet is so cool I love google lol.
