Lol ya but some just dont seem to care little bro,but I'll keep telling em over and over as long as I'm alive. It just blows me away bodybuilding and Fitness in general is about being Healthy and shortcuts cause long term health issues so why be arragant and eat crap when you can use solid healthy nutrition and excell.

Aspartaam is one of such sweeteners which converts to formaldehyde in the liver, Thank god its only a very little bit. Because when you know formaldehyde is used to conserve tissues and is extremely carcinogenic ... you know you don't want that in your body unless you are dead and want to be preserved for the next 20 decades...
