Also Glutamine is an amino acid along with a myriad of other Amino's that are natural muscle recoupers, such as Arginine for NO products ( which by the way is good also for recovery not just the pump), carnosine, Creatine holy tits do I really need to go thru the foundations of a thousand products that are also All natural and Naturally acuuring. But yes other than that a great addition to any beginning supplement program and I do mean beginning program. As you learn more and more I suspect you will find better recovery agents and better ways to build a productive supplement program.

	Myrical September 09, 2009 1:21 AM	Glutamine is the only muscle recouper that is natural. Take away the soreness and repair the mucles quick. It is a muscle regenerating product. It is found in most proteins and all you need is about 5 grams daily, to add to what the kid said below about being in most products. It is great though. If you were to purchase glutamine id say just get muscle milk its reasonably priced and is a protein and muscle recouping agents as well.

	The Beast March 27, 2009 9:00 PM	This is a good product and the cst is a great bargain. I find this convienent to use the powder in different drinks at different times ( I hate swallowing pills ) lol I really have become a fan of BodyTech products.

	The Beast November 17, 2009  5:14 PM boy has my mind changed over this year. No really they do make okay products, but thier really are much better. depending on your supplement strategy Glutamine can come or go ( I dont use it anymore since I found a better real natural recovery agent)
