	dmac35 January 27, 2009 1:50 AM	I used this product with NO Explode and had some good and bad experiences. When I took this on an empty stomach with the NO Explode I would feel sick to my stomach. When I used this alone before a conditioning workout for football I would get sick. Do as the bottle says and increase the dosage each time you take it. I took this at the same time as a friend and he decided to take 3 capsules twice a day starting on the first day and he said his heart started to race quite a bit about 30 minutes after taking. He seemed a little scared the first time he took. I didn't have the same effect when I started with 1 capsule twice a day. It seemed to do the trick though. I lost about 15 lbs in 2 weeks. I would take it once before the conditioning workout and once before lifting weights.

i also felt sick after taking it on an empty stomach. and my heart was pounding...i stopped for about a week and continued taking it after that and have had no problems since then
