	edge1990 March 01, 2010 1:11 AM	i used to take this. loved the taste and i was seeing decent improvements related to an increase of protein intake. the one and only reason why i stopped taking this product was the cholesterol. wayy to high for me. if they could only drop it, i would most likely be back on it

	The Beast April 08, 2009  1:02 AM The type Cosco carries is not plain Whey I buy 2 bags a month at 29.99 its a 3 stage blend of Whey, Cassien and Soy, thats at least at all our Cosco's out here. I have not seen plain Whey as yet, but then again I believe more in a blended powder anyway ( keeps you more in a positive nitrogen balance.
