i am a college student; though many students let their health go to pot for beer and partying and studying 99% of their time.
personally, i almost made a 3.66 this semester and got to the gym every three days out of the week...pretty bad, but better than none.

bro in response to this " currently, as a trainer, id recommend doing your research on NO as a supplement in sports medicine journals NOT magazines " the only magazines I enjoy reading are Strength and Conditioning Journals, and Sports medicine Trade Journals lol. 100% agree with you on the Individual and Athletic thing, and that Caffiene can be addictive and cause problems in non Athletes ( my comment was meant only for those thart train intensely and consistantly.
Why does it suprise you that I consider myself in better shape than 85% of College age men ( Have you been on a campus recently lol) I train on the heavy side and would enjoy lifting with you.

actually, nitric oxide is an effective vascular chemical messenger; just drink a shit ton of water with it.

people who don't train athletically can become physiologically addicted to the neurochemical properties of caffeine (as well with many other drugs).
most people who drink coffee don't drink 1 cup a day; they drink sugar-laden caffeine meals.
it all depends on the individual...
nitric oxide itself is a naturally produced vasodilator..using it as a supplement for workouts is revolutionary in fact. i have a biochemist buddy and a friend physican friends who are blown away by how revolutionary it is.
currently, as a trainer, id recommend doing your research on NO as a supplement in sports medicine journals NOT magazines.
im surprised that you outperform 85% of college-aged men...u wanna train sometime? you look like you could take some heavy friggin weights.
