Well I have been putting on weight but it must be good weight because my size 32 pants are getting more loose everyday! I have put on about 12 pounds since returning from Siberia. I got down to 175 and people said I was looking way too thin. I felt too thin too. It's funny, I ate like a horse over there but I was doing some pretty serious physical activities over there and probably burning 7-10k calories a day, maybe more! I'm up to 186 now and am just hungry all the time now. I injured my ankle and have not been able to run for almost 6 weeks now. I have stepped up my weight training program to compensate for the lack of running but I'm still doing cardio too. I'm doing 20-30 minute of leg kicks, yes 20-30 minutes! It's totally kicking my behind but my thighs are getting huge! I have also definitely bulked up more too which is actually what I wanted to do. I'm still not at my military weight which was 193 and about 3% body fat but I really do not think I can or want to do that again. Back then I had 3 hours on the taxpayers dime to workout like that. These days, I do not have that kind of time. Heck, I really don't have the hour and a half I put into it now but I make time because I like the way I look and feel. My gut is the only problem I have left but I have always had a problem with belly fat so I'm used to it. I have been working on the man boobs too but again, a life long issue for me. They are getting better since I started doing cardio right after I lift. The gut is also getting better. I'm wondering if time will work all of this out? I must remember 2 years ago I was 256! (I'm 186 now and got down at a low to 175. I tend to be around 182-186 these days.)
