Thank you for the brag :) Fitness has been such an important part of my life for so long. When I think about it, I've done fitness events/fundraisers (Swim for Heart for example) since I was a teen. The Heart Association is another good organization worth supporting. There are so many good causes out there!

agreed! I guess I just feel so blessed by God to have health, and should show gratefulness that way...

You will see great results from this program. I have not used it, but I know two people (not online people) who swear by it. It is a great way to get muscle definition. It sounds pretty challenging.

My recipes aren't rocket science- I just added them to not forget!
People mention them to me in passing and then never make...

You know, asking me for suggestions is like opening Pandora's Box... Careful what you wish for!! Seriously I'm all for sharing and I have a lot of workout ideas that might change your mind about nothing comparing to TurboJam :) Not really sure what that is to be honest, but I'll do my best.

BTW - I see you are a runner, I'm pretty into running myself but more as a 'plug-in module' to the cardio workouts... check out my blogs on the subject.

Well, pull up a chair 'cause this might take a while... :) Ok, i'll keep it relatively short. First off, I've adopted Bruce Lee's approach of "Style of no Styles", e.g. don't get stuck in one routine, keep it a constantly changing flow... Having said that, my basic outline for workouts is 6 days per week; 4 days with one cardio and one strength, 1 day strength only, 1 day cardio only. Day 7 = DRINK BEER :)
