going to the gym for a week now, can feel the difference already but i'm thinking to buy some proteins

while doing my daily 30 push-ups and just some lifts with my 14 kilo weights ( 20 each in 4 different ways) I have pain in my wrists :s for about 3 days now :s and i'm doin this routine for a few months could that be the problem for my wrists? anybody having the same problem?

training for the new soccer season everyday running for an hour, a few miles, have to do this for another 2 weeks and i'm getting a great condition

Yes! a new personal record in push up's i did 25 of them ;) now i will do 25 for a few days and then start trying to do 30 ;)

First i want to say sorry for my bad english because i'm from Belgium :') but i hope you understand what i want to say :p
I want to work on my chest muscles because i have a skinny chest :p but i need some help from you guys, for what exercises that i should do to get a normal muscled chest ;)
i hope you all can help me :p
