My name is Julio Salado, NSCA-CPT., USAW Coach, TRX & Kettlebell instructor. My "A.I.M" in training is to Assess, Initiate and Motivate you to meet your fitness goal. Your goal is the most important variable in any program design.
My goal is to share my knowledge through all mediums including personal training, internet, workshops and writing.
My experience is over ten years of strength & conditioning training with disciplines in weight loss, body sculpting, TRX training, kettle bells, Olympic lifting, post rehab for athletes, sports performance, powerlifting, tai chi chuan, yoga, nutrition and meditation.
