i think its crazy that you can do squats on a sb ball - i just incorporated squats on an upside down bosu ball last week - I was excited i got 20 in row without losing my balance!! i think that is awesome that you can do that!!!

Please post video! I tried just balancing on my knees on the ball to do dumbell curls and almost did a face plant into the floor ;)

I agree it is a great workout. I'm waiting until I get really comfortable with it for myself too. Its harder when you don't have a solid grasp of the techniques. I should know what I'm doing better after I go to the seminar in April.

nice! The area of Venice must be lovely to live in, i only visited it once. I lived close to Milan. Never been in the south either! Think i visited Rome only last year for the first time, shame on me, i lived over 20 years in italy without visiting its capital :D

really you lived in italy for 2 years?! Funny! Where did you live? i hope you had good time there, did you also learn some italian? I guess it must be a nightmare to learn Italian if it is not your native language, when i think about the grammar rules i suppose that if it should not be my native language i would never want to learn it! :D

I didn't get a chance to go to it. It was scheduled for Feb. 15th I had a football tryout that day and missed out.

The next one in the area is in late March I should be able to go to that one. Maybe you should try it too and register. I believe its going to be in NJ this time.

oh, May 16 in DC is the closest one I found. I just watched the TRX video last night. I was disappointed in the video, there was only 12 exercises demonstrated in the video. I like the TRX but all 12 exercise I knew, so the video was a waste of $20. What r some things you do with it??
