Bench 450 while keeping my body weight under 210 and bf under 10%. Right now im 200 pounds and benching 415 with 13%bf. Still have a ways to go...

Mornings for cardio from 6-7am and lifting from 4-530pm.

Pick-Up games of football and baseball. Just got into running and will be doing 5ks all summer.

Ppl who stare in mirrors, skinniest guys in the gym wearing beaters,(its ok to brag but not ok to be a moron), ppl who take 10 minutes between sets to just sit there and look at em selves, biggest one is ppl who look over at you and then say your only benching that much cause of steroids...come an test
