I'm Will and i'm Brasilian but i also got some German, Italian and Spaniard blood in me.

I love to work out, i do it everyday on the gym i've build on my own at my garage. But one day i will own my own gym and help out others reach their goals either gaining muscles and size or losing weight.
I like helping out other people, i always put other people before me. I always get screwed over too but i guess i'll never learn, i'm too much of a nice guy and care too much for others.
I love the beach, i love the hot weather, i love the sun and i love surfing. My plan is to buy the house that i always dreamed of right by the beach. With a Honda S2000 in the driveway and a motorcycle right next to it. And in the garage a Jet Ski on one side, surfboards hanging up on the wall and a 1969 Shelby GT 500 Mustang on the other side of the garage.

Starting April going balls out, lifting for the next 4 months, 6 days a week to gain as much muscle mass as I can.

Cardio first thing in the morning.

Favorite Fitness Activities
Wouldn't say favorite fitness activities but my favorite Weight Lifting Exercises are Leg Press, Shrugs and Dumbell Curls.
Gym Pet Peeves (what annoys you at the gym?)
The horrible music that makes my ears bleed. I love coldplay but that is not the music i need when i'm lifting weights.
Douche bags on their cell phone acting all cool saying that they are the gym working out. Get the f.. out of here.
When i ask people if they have a lot of sets left in a machine they say yes and its like they make they take way longer than usual to finish.
Having to go dumbell hunting throughout the whole gym.
I go to the locker room and a bunch of guys are over standing around naked talking or drying their hair.. WTFFF it's disrespectful i don't to see your balls and penis hanging out, damn it.
When 20 kids come to the gym all together and while one of them does one exercise the others sit around in all the machines around it talking. Not working out, annoying the hell out of me and just taking up space..
