I am currently 29 years old. I am a father of 2 and own a company named Ocean78. I manufacture, import and distribute tanning lotions and spa quality skin care products. We are looking at expanding into nutraceuticals and supplements.
I recently signed up for an online course on fitness, nutrition and dietetics. I would love to help people change their lives and get healthy, or attain goals they never thought possible.

It gets on my nerves when young teens come to work out, spend most of the time talking, and refuse to listen to advise of people who have been training for years and sincerely want to offer benefitial advise.
