I currently work out with a Personal Trainer 3 times a week, Do Yoga once a week, and Swim Laps twice a week. I like the personal trainer route so much that I have decided to get certified as a Personal Trainer myself. I am taking the course this course this summer with Can-Fit Pro.

Like to workout in earlier morning to get it done and keep the rest of the day open. Possibly a light evening cardio.

Lucky to have a Personal Trainer at a Private Gym so I don't have anything to complain about here.
