Ingredients
1. Non-fat yogurt (1 1/2 cups)
2. Strawberries (~5-7)
3. Banana (1/2)
4. Blueberries (1/4 cup)
5. Muscle Milk or Chocolate/Vanilla Protein (1 scoop)
6. Bear Nakid Peak Granola (1/4 cup)


Instructions
Put all in blender except granola. Top with the granola.

I have all the ingredients, except a different brand of Granola. I'm off to the kitchen now. Looks great!
