"A low-calorie, flavorful fish with a nice corn crunch!"

Ingredients
4 - 3oz. tilapia fillets
2 tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup canned, frozen, or fresh corn
salt & pepper according to taste

Instructions
Preheat broiler to 550 degrees. In a small bowl mix mayo, chili powder and garlic until blended smoothly. Use 1 tbsp of mayo mixture to grease the bottom of your baking dish. Lay tilapia fillets on top of the mayo mixture and then spread the rest of the mayo mixture from your bowl on top of the fillets. Make sure you have a nice, even coating. Next, sprinkle the corn on top of your tilapia fillets and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place baking dish in the top third of your oven, on the top rack. Cook for about 10 minutes until your corn starts to brown. Remove from oven and serve.
