Ingredients
1 Sonya Apple - Any kind will work, organic is best
1 large banana
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup oats - powdered
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp all-natural honey - locally harvested is best
1 tsp ground cinnamon


Preperation Instructions
Take your oats and put them into a food processor. Turn processor on high until oats are ground into a powder.

Instructions
Now, place all ingredients, except half the raisins, into your blender, starting with the milk. If you add the milk first, it will make sure that everything is blended with no effort. Blend until smooth and then add the rest of your raisins and stir them in with a spoon. Enjoy!

Nutrition Facts
This recipe makes two servings and each serving is 370 calories and about 16 grams of protein.

Yeah, they're pretty new I guess. They were at the store so we tried them out. They're really sweet and don't have much of a core. It does kinda taste like and apple crisp - or really good oatmeal! Thanks for the feedback runningbear.
