Ingredients
1 Sonya Apple - Any kind will work, organic is best
1 large banana
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup oats - powdered
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp all-natural honey - locally harvested is best
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preperation Instructions
Take your oats and put them into a food processor. Turn processor on high until oats are ground into a powder.
Instructions
Now, place all ingredients, except half the raisins, into your blender, starting with the milk. If you add the milk first, it will make sure that everything is blended with no effort. Blend until smooth and then add the rest of your raisins and stir them in with a spoon. Enjoy!
