Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken breast
3/4 Cup lemon juice
1/4 Cup Vinegar
Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper


Preperation Instructions
- Cut fat off of chicken breast and rinse
- Mix 3/4 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of Olive oil
- Marinate chicken in the lemon mixture (Recommended 1-2 hours)


Instructions
- Place chicken breasts on grill and close top for 8 - 10 minutes
- Flip Chicken and cook on the opposite side for 7 - 8 minutes
- Serve with a side of your choice or mix with a salad

I do enjoy cooking but with a full-time job, raising a medically-fragile child with 3 therapists and 10 doctors, working out, bi-monthly martini nights with the girls, and making sure my house looks like Monk's (you know, that obsessive-compulsive detective on TV?), SIMPLE IS GOOD! :)
