Ingredients
3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups Lucky Charms
2 tablespoons butter
10 oz bag of Marshmallows
Instructions
Melt butter in 3 qt. saucepan on low heat, add in marshmallows to melt as well. Add in 1 cup of Rice Krispies then 1 cup of Lucky Charms, mixing after each additional cup is added until all 6 cups are put in.
Put contents into a pan to let cool, cut into desired sizes for bars.
Don't know fat contents or anything, all I know is that they taste great and every now & then you deserve some treats for kicking tail on some workouts. I imagine the fat content is relatively low, sinc the manufactured rice krispies treats are pretty low fat per serving.
