Ingredients
3 oz low-fat ground turkey
1/2 cup kidney beans
4 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 cup water
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, combine green peppers, onions and garlic powder. Cook over low heat until tender. Add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey and chili powder. Simmer for 25 minutes, season and serve.
