Ingredients
16 oz. salmon
0 calorie spray butter
adobo seasoning

Instructions
Making salmon is really easy and a good choice for a healthy dinner. Simply spray a pan with a non-stick spray. Place the salmon down and spray some 0 calorie butter on both sides. Next season some adobo on top of it. This is a good choice for seasoning because it has no calories and gives the salmon a great taste.

I make my salmon a similar way but I use McCormick's California Style Blend of Garlic pepper with red bell & black pepper. I have adobo seasoning so I'm gonna try it your way next time I make it.

PLEASE ADVISE: I understand how to capitalize, however sometimes my hand is preoccupied with giving you the middle finger that I am unable to hold shift and type at the same time. Anything else punk?

Instructions on how to capitalize letters:

Simultaneously hold down either the right or left shift key (most people use the left) and type the letter you intend to capitalize. Typically, we capitalize the first word in a sentence, or if it's a title, we may capitalize all meaningful word in the title's phrase. Haha.
