Ingredients
46 ounces low sodium V8 juice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 packet Equal


Instructions
Mix the ingredients together, refrigerate for an hour, shake, and enjoy.

interesting - never thought to use V8 as a base for a salad dressing!!

Me either, but this sounds good - and since I eat salad every day, I'm always looking for good dressing that doesn't have mayo in it.
