Ingredients
dried cranberries, raisins, dried banana slices, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, soy beans, brazil nuts.

Preperation Instructions
mix one cup of each into a gallon size freezer bag.

Instructions
throw a 1/2 cup measuring cup in the bag with the mix.
Whenever you are on the go, 1 scoop is 1 serving.
