Ingredients
1/2 cup of Old Fashioned rolled oats
1 1/4 cup of water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves (optional)
1 banana
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1-2 tsp. honey
Scoop of protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Combine oats with water in a pot and cook on high heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally. When the oats start to boil, turn the heat down to medium and add in the spices. Stir until the oats have reached the desired consistency.
Now add the peanut butter and honey and you're good to go :). Makes an awesome breakfast, and holds you over for hours.
