Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion minced
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 cups soaked and cooked black beans
1 tablespoon hot chile sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry


Instructions
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat for about a minute.
add the onion, garlic, and bay leaf and cook until the onion is soft, about 2 minutes.
stirring often add the paprika and simmer 30 seconds until fragrant.
add the beans and cook until heated through, 5 minutes stirring often.
add the chile sauce and the sherry, bring to a low boil and cook for a minute or so.
