Ingredients
4 cups organic Free Range chicken broth
8 oz's Whole Wheat egg Noodles
1 cup onion, chopped
2 stalks Celery
1/2 teaspoon each Fresh chopped basil, oregano and marjoram
2 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper ( to taste)
2 cups assorted vegetables, chopped or 1-10 oz. package frozen vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken Boneless skinnless Breast or tenders cubed
1-15 oz. can Plum tomatoes, crushed or chopped.
Instructions
In a large saucepan, mix chicken broth, onion, herbs, garlic and pepper. Stir in vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.Meanwhile cook pasta till its just slightly done. Stir in chicken and undrained tomatoes and add cooked pasta. Heat thoroughly.
