Ingredients
6 ounces organic baby arugula
1 six ounce container blueberries
1 organic Braeburn or other crisp apple, diced
1/2 cup Flanigan Farms walnut halves and pieces
5 teaspoon Napa Valley organic extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Preperation Instructions
This light and simple salad is chock-full of anti-inflammatory, heart-healthy ingredients. Antioxidants from blueberries, arugula,, apples, olive oil and lemon juice combine with healthful omega-3 fatty acids from walnuts and monounsaturated fats from extra virgin olive oil to do your heart and brain good.

Instructions
1. Combine arugula, blueberries, apple pieces and nuts in a salad bowl.
2. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Just before serving, gently toss the dressing with the salad.
