Ingredients
1 box of whole grain spaghetti (read ingredients, if the first ingredient is enriched flour than its not whole grain)
2 pounds of 93/7 ground turkey meat
1 large jar of low sugar spaghetti sauce
favorite spices


Instructions
Boil water in a large pot
Put in spaghetti noodles and cook until soft
Drain water
Brown the turkey meat
Add the cooked turkey meat and spaghetti sauce to the cooked spaghetti noodles
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Add favorite spices and serve

Completely agree. Its tough sometimes when so many products say "whole grain" or "whole wheat" on the front of the package and then you look at the ingredients and the first ingredient is "enriched flour". The first ingredient needs to say whole grain or whole wheat to get what you are paying for.

Good advice including the "enriched flour" - people are easily confused as to what's really whole grain and what isnt.
