Ingredients
Every meal is like this:

1.
a)one or two eggs
or
b)some meat
or
c)a little bit of cheese
(pick one of these)

2. Lots of
a)broccolli
or
b)cauliflower
(or both)

3. Maybe one piece of fruit
if you want something sweet

4.Lots of water throughout
the day


Preperation Instructions
The key is to eat LOTS of broccoli and cauliflower because they

a) are low in calories

b) satiate you (fill you up)

c) cleanse your digestive tract


Instructions
To simplify, the plan is as follows:

Eat at every meal a little bit of meat or an egg and LOTS of broccoli or
some cauliflower or both.

I couldn't agree with you more, Yavor...rice was the hardest because I've been eating that since the day I was conceived. lol! Looking forward to hearing all about your diet plans.

Yavor, I've eaten like this for a month now (with more options in #2 than just broccoli and cauliflower) and have lost 4 lbs. myself. I've almost completely eliminated rice, pasta and potatoes unless I have it as a "treat" (which I'm allowing myself to have 3 times a week). I know that's a lot for the hardcore fitness buffs but it seems to be working out just fine for me & that's all that matters! :)

Carina, I'm glad it is working for you! The first few weeks are tha hardest! Keep up the good work and stay healthy :)

p.s. I have 2 more diet plans that I'm going to write about in the future..

Helder good for you if you eat like that :) You'll stay slim and healthy.
I forgot to mention about having some healthy fats added - like fish oil, nuts, olive oil, etc.

Jen, what kind of results do you have with such meals. I personally lost maybe 6-7 pounds in 3-4 weeks.
