Tagline / Description
"Good if you are bored with chicken and beef!"

Ingredients
"Gorton's Grilled Fillets" Lemon Pepper Flavored
3 Flour Tortillas
Cillantro (optional)
Bag of Chopped Cabbage
Oil and Vinegar Dressing
Light Sour Cream
Salsa
2 Ice Cold Bottles of Corona Light

Preperation Instructions
Put the Corona Light in the fridge a day before you cook this meal. Warm beer is nasty! It is important to drink at least one beer during preparation. It is scientifically proven to make the tacos taste better. Why do you think Corona is so popular in Mexico...duh!

Instructions
Heat the frozen grilled fillets in the microwave for 8 minutes. While the fish is cooking, mix up the chopped cabbage and a bit of oil and vinegar dressing to moisten the cabbage a bit. Take a bit of sour cream and mix it with a bit of ranch dressing. Heat 3-4 flour tortillas in the microwave. Stack them in between 2 paper towels for 60-90 seconds on high. Pull the tortillas out and put in all the yummy ingredients. Crack another Corona Light and squeeze in some lime if that is how you like it.
