Ingredients
- White Rice
- Salt (best if iodized salt)
- Red bell
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh onion
- Fresh parsley
- Barbecue flavored poweder
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil (the best in the USA as far as i know is Bertolli: excellent taste)

Preperation Instructions
It is much much better if you grow rosemary and basil in vases rather than using products bought in boxes. Completely different flavor! Its really easy to grow them, you can trust me because i am a total disaster growing plants but i grow them in my apartment and they are healthy and tasty

Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into very very tiny pieces and boil together until dry the following:
- Rice
- Salt (use a little bit only)
- Red bell
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh onion
- Fresh parsley
- Barbecue flavored poweder
When almost done add some fresh basil leaves cut into pieces.
When ready to serve add extra virgin olive oil.
NOTE: Do not add any oil while cooking. The oil, especially extra virgin, when exposed to high temperatures, releases toxic substances (for more info check "olive oil" on wikipedia)

Nutrition Facts
Rich of good carbs, a little bit of good fat.
Remember, extra-virgin olive oil is tasty and healty! If you do not exceed in its use you wont get fat because of it. Just abolish all other fats and only use 10-20 gr a day of raw extravirgin olive oil. You will not regret!

Source
None, i invented it. Its really nothing special but i found the combination of those flavors really good.

i find white rice matches better the barbeque flavor, but its really a matter of preferences. You could use parboiled rice, or brown rice, or even barley, if you like them better. Maybe those would taste better without the barbeque flavor. I am not sure exactly, i have never tried with anything other than white rice.
The only thing that changes aside the taste is the cooking time and the quantity of water, to support a longer cooking time :)
