Ingredients
1 large container fat free or low fat yogurt
Strawberries cut in halves
Raspberries
Black berries
Blueberries
Cantelope cut in cubes


Instructions
Add all the fruit into the yougurt and stir around.
Serve and Bon Apetit, a great tasting filling desert with no guilt attached!


Nutrition Facts
It has calcium and lots of fruit, so it can't be bad.

You are right. This is a better afternoon treat than desert. I often eat this before I go to the gym.

great recipe - although i would watch how late you eat this - i think it would make a great afternoon snack - i was always under the impression you should not eat fruit past 6pm (some say 4pm) b/c of the carbs and sugars
