Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 1/2 cups Delicious Apple coarsely chopped, 1 cup raisins (optional), 1 egg white beaten, 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate, 1/2 cup granulated frutose

Preperation Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Combine all dry ingredients, add apple and raisins. 3. Combine all liquid ingredients, add to dry misture, blend well.

Instructions
Spray muffin tin with Pam. Fill each tin 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Hi Carina, Granulated frutose does not raise the blood sugar as rapidly and then drop suddenly like regular table sugar. Most of your large food stores should have it in stock. Thanks !!
