Ingredients
1 small Gala apple
1/2 cup canned corn (no salt added)
1 can beets (drained and washed)
1 large carrot
Preperation Instructions
Wash and cut a Gala apple into quarters, removing the seeds and core. Slice the Gala apple into bite sized pieces.
Drain 1/2 cup canned corn then rinse with cold water and strain.
Drain then rinse 1 can of beets with cold water until water runs clear. Julienne the beets.
Wash and peel 1 large carrot, remove top and bottom tips, then grate.
Instructions
Combine the Gala apple, canned corn, beets and carrot into a bowl, chill and serve.
