Ingredients
Frozen fruits of choice
Juice (apple or grape are good choices)
Spices (cinnamon, cayenne, pepper, or anything else desired)
Honey or Sugar or Agave Nectar (optional)
Optional squirt of lime or lemon
A good blender
Preperation Instructions
I like to keep several bags of frozen fruits in the freezer so I can mix and match.
You can also keep some frozen juice or lime concentrate in the freezer... just scoop two spoonfuls into the blender and add water the rest of the way.
Try this with different fruits and spices to get your exact preference.
I enjoy mixed berries with peaches and cayenne and cinnamon. I sometimes add a tsp of vanilla for a change.
My oldest son likes of I swirl strawberry or chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass before pouring the smoothie into it.
You can also substitute iced tea instead of juice for a fruit tea cooler
Instructions
In a blender
add about 2 cups frozen fruit
add spices (usually a teaspoon or 2 total)
add a tsp of honey or sugar or agave if desired
add optional lime or lemon
pour juice over mixture to about 3/4 the way up
blend.
if not blending or too thick, add more juice
