Brown Rice
1 Can Black Beans (any type of beans)
1 Can Diced tomato w/ green chili
Chili Powder
Preperation Instructions
Cook brown rice
Drain and rinse beans
Instructions
Add brown rice, beans and the can of tomatoes w/ chili to a large bowl and mix it up with a spoon.
Add chili powder to desired flavor
Add fowl, beef or fish to make a complete protein source.
