Ingredients
1/4 cup Milk or milk alternative
1 banana
1 pkg instant oatmeal
2 tbsp applesauce
dash cinnamon
1tsp honey (optional)
2-4 ice cubes(optional)


Preperation Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender.

Instructions
Blend well.

So when do u cook the oat meal ?? isnt Instant oat meal supposed to be cooked with milk... ???

Im so gonna make this part of my daily diet as soon as u tell me...

The instant oatmeal doesn't need to be cooked, I just add the packet contents to the blender. I like to use organic or high fiber instant oatmeal when I can.

ok thanks cuz i eat Quaker Oates, Instant oatmeal... but it still says on the packet "cooks in 3 minutes...."

so its still a puzzle to me. anyhow.... thanks... loved the recpie...

I make a shake almost like it basically i just add Protein extra- I guess we have same taste lol!
