Ingredients
Asparagus
Eggs
mushrooms
Green peppers
Onions


Instructions
First cook the veggies in pan or a healthy oil like Olivia oil.
I usually start with the asparagus because that takes a little longer than the other veggies. Then I add the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. I let that cook for about 5 minutes. The last thing I do is add the eggs. Being that i'm in competiton mode, I only use one whole egg and the rest is egg whites. Add 3-4 eggs. I let this cook until the eggs are done.


Nutrition Facts
This meal isn't very high in fat because it's protein and veggies. If you don't use olivia oil or if you use more than one whole egg, that will add up to be more fat.

Never mixed omelets and asparagus before.... might have to try this out.

It definitely taste good if you like asparagus. It would probably taste even better if you can have cheese. BEing that I'm on my diet right now, I can't have cheese in my eggs.
