Tagline / Description
"Chicken Salad"

Ingredients
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Either: Bag of ready slad (Alfresco is a favourite of mine)

OR

A mix of lettuce, carrots, peppers, cabbage (and any other suitable substiture)

If you like spices why not put some cajun on your chicken? Or to make it even better how about Chilli powder and Parika?

Preperation Instructions
Wash all Salad before use. Just a precaution!

Instructions
Take your eating plate and cover the entire surface with all of the salad you wish to use. If your using a bag of ready to eat salad, about half of this will do. Remember - feel free to have as much as you like, you cant really go wrong with salad, you can eat loads and it will make little difference to your calorie intake.

Oven cook or grill your chicken - Never fry it. Healthy chicken suddenly gets less healthy once its being cooked swimming around in its own fat. Chop the chicken up into bite sized cubes (preferably before you cook it)

A great way to spice up your chicken is to squeeze a tiny amount of lemmon juice on it, and then sprinkle your powdered spices over the top.

Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, simply take the bite size peices of chicken and place them on your plate (all over the salad).

Enjoy!

Nutrition Facts
This dish is very low in calories. If your worried it is too low, you can always use some extra vigin olive oil to dress your salad with. This will add in some more calories.

This meal is very low in fat, High in protien (the chicken) and completley non dependant on carbs.

A great healthy meal for anyone with weightloss in mind!
