Tagline / Description
"Very few restaraunts I've been to have matched its taste. =D enjoy"

Ingredients
Salmon
-At least 1 red and 1 orange pepper
-Parsley
-Cracked black pepper
-2 tbsp of capers
-Prefered oil ( i use a 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil) for some reason you can use less for more food. You need an additional tbsp of olive oil glazed over fish
-Sea salt medium grain (doesnt really matter but I prefer med grain, ground)It's the mediterranean sea salt
-4 tsp of minced garlic/powdered
-2 tsp onion powder (not necessary but I love flavor) You could try using sweet vidalia onions (minced)

Preperation Instructions
-Put the salmon (recipe is for 1lbs)
-Set the oven to 500 broil
-Put the oil into a pan and use medium-high heat
-Mince the peppers and (optional onions if you dont use powder)-this will take the longest time
-Put the salmon on a broiling pan and glaze it with the 1tbsp of olive oil.
-Evenly pour parsley/cracked black pepper over the salmon along with the sea salt after it's been covered in oil.

Instructions
-Heat the pan/skillet to med-high heat for 2-3min
-For the salmon, you need to be the judge for cook time because I use 2lbs for 18min. Place salmon in the 6 inches from heat
-throw peppers in the pan (5-8min cook time) !!If you want to use the fresh onions msg me!!
-add the garlic (if you choose to use onion powder, now would be the time to toss it in as well) (2-3mins cook time)
-Throw capers in for 2min and let sit till fish is done.
-Take fish out and pour peppers over fish. Enjoy!

I have not tried making this yet but this looks like a really good salmon dish.
