Ingredients
4 egg whites, beaten until frothy
1 slice low fat cheese
1/4 tsp onion bits
2 oz zucchini, grated
salt to taste
Instructions
1. Beat egg whites, adding salt, onion bits and zucchini, for about 60 seconds.
2. Spray pan with PAM and heat.
3. Pour mixture in pan and cook until brown. Flip.
4. Cook other side, then place cheese on top.
5. Fold in half when cheese is melted.
