1 cup of skim milk
1/2 frozen banana
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
Frozen spinach (optional, but you cannot taste it)
cut up the apple and add all the ingredients in the blender and drink up!
This shake is very flexible. Try adding other fruits and nut butters. You can also add oats and/or pumpkin if you want some extra carbs.
