2 scoops of Protein (chocolate or vanilla)
1 cup whole milk
A few strawberries, blueberries, raspberry and mango.
1/8 cup flax
3 Tbsp. nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, etc.)
1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)


Instructions
mix in blender and drink up!
