Ingredients
1 Cup Ice
11/2 cup skim milk/water
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 vanilla activia yogurt
2 scoops Strawberry Protein Powder(Pref. Muscle Milk)


Instructions
Add ice and skim milk/water to blender, blend on ice crush. Add blueberries, strawberries, raspberries ,flax seed oil and activia yogurt , blend. Add Strawberry Protein Powder Blend all together. ENJOY!
