Almonds,Walnuts, Lowfat Hersheys syrup, Chocolate Protein Powder, Skim milk/water, and Ice
Instructions
Add 1cup ice to blender, add 2 cups water/Skim milk, add almonds, add walnuts, blend on ice crush til all crushed, then add1/3 cup lowfat hersheys syrup and Chocolate Protein Powder. Blend on High til all blended, ENJOY!
