Fitness Express has a number of independent trainers as well as Karp Personal Training & Rehabilitation. They have done renovations and added some new equipment. It's usually not too crowded and they do not limit the time allowed on any equipment. They have also added a lot of new classes. In short, this gym has really shown a remarkable improvement over the last 6 months.

I used to go here and I loved it. It's just kind of expensive and I get free gym use now.

Its pretty decent place. Not huge but big enough and nice equipment. They do have a couple heavy bags with is nice for a boxer such as my self.
