Because of my crazy busy schedule, I'll go to whatever Goodlife gym I can make it to, but I always find the staff at Joe Howe the friendliest and most supportive. Definitely my homebase.

Fitness Express has a number of independent trainers as well as Karp Personal Training & Rehabilitation. They have done renovations and added some new equipment. It's usually not too crowded and they do not limit the time allowed on any equipment. They have also added a lot of new classes. In short, this gym has really shown a remarkable improvement over the last 6 months.
