About Me
I am 35 years young and live in Colorado. I am a Certified Personal Trainer who trains clients at a local gym and out of my home.

It was because of my passion for fitness that I put together a Women's Diet and Fitness website and blog. I like to keep women updated and motivated to achieve their fitness goals!
Favorite Time(s) To Workout
I work out at 6am. With my busy schedule, its the only time I have to work out! Plus I'm all fresh and ready to bust my butt in the gym!
Favorite Fitness Activities
Fitness Center Pet Peeves (what/who annoys you at the gym?)
How long can I make this list???
1. The person who sits and READS a magazine in between sets when lifting weights! Seriously? What kind of workout are you getting?
2. The people who are constantly looking at themselves and flexing in the mirror and talking to themselves. Fine..if you want to do that..but do it at HOME!
3. People who use their cell phone to text or talk when working out!
Favorite Motivational Quotes
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” by Winston Churchhill

“Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.” by Og Mandino

“If you keep at it, one day something which at first appeared impossible will become merely something very difficult indeed.” by Danny Paradise

"Eat more fruits
and vegetables."

It’s the one recommendation in almost every diet plan, every guide to nutrition, every fitness book. Even organizations such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the World Health Organization, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion agree. But as much as it’s preached, most people still don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables every day.

Juice Plus+ helps fill that gap.

Rusty Angie...you need to get the link to your but--kickin' Fitness Blog up here in your profile. People here would enjoy visiting your site, since it is one of the best fitness blogs out there.
